Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
